The Shepherds House is a state-of-the-art inpatient substance use disorder treatment center located at 2141 Executive Drive, Lexington, KY 40505. This 24/7 residential facility offers a structured 45–60 day program providing ASAM Level 3.5 and 3.1 care for adult male clients. Designed to promote stabilization and long-term recovery, the program combines evidence-based clinical services with compassionate support from a fully licensed multidisciplinary team, including medical providers, licensed mental health counselors, and peer support specialists. With the capacity to serve up to 28 male clients, The Shepherds House delivers individualized treatment in a safe, supportive environment focused on healing, accountability, and sustainable recovery.
